It is our pleasure to bring you authentic Bar-B-Q using the finest quality meats which are slowly smoked in our unique custom built Bar-B-Q pit. Our food is prepared daily in the pit, located at the side of the building in the “BONEYARD.”

Every morning we select the finest hardwoods like oak, hickory, apple and mesquite to slowly smoke our meats until they are tender and succulent. We use a special blend of seasoning and spices for our dry rub and our fabulously large pork ribs are specially ordered from Smithfield Farms in Virginia. Our commitment to quality and authenticity will provide you with a total Bar-B-Q experience.

    We go to Smokin Bones every time we visit the island….about four times a year. The food is always fresh and who could resist Stewarts onion rings or the fried pickles? The staff is very funny and the atmosphere is light hearted…. People with no sense of humor should get take out! Highly recommend!
